WHY CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Construction Management offers the consumer a better and more cost effective alternative to building their dream home. As CM Consultants, GBG will coordinate all phases of construction with the consumer, i.e, green building materials, subcontractors, scheduling, etc. Since the consumer will contract directly with the subcontractors, there is no “builder markup”. GBG will present all contracts to you to choose. We will advise you on each step along the way, and coordinate the installations of all phases of construction.
